<SweetCake> but, this is a part on part of the house wearing out
<SweetCake> we pay enough damned rent

<wendymomo> tell them you know your rights as a tenant and he better get his **** on the ball or you'll report him.
<SweetCake> yeah, I know, they were good to us when we were late on the rent due to no jobs, so I'm cutting them some slack
<SweetCake> they don't have much slack left
<SweetCake> hubby did the toilet too
<SweetCake> we've saved them a lot in labor
<SweetCake> they should be thankful as hell
<SweetCake> So, I'm DONE with the dishwasher, I'll call them tonight, that's it.
