<US-Male> I am not totally clear on the new bankruptcy law -- in some csses you have to make payments now whereas before the debt would be wiped out

I'd care if it was my original creditor, but its not, some 3rd party company purchased the debt hoping to make profit off me

<Null_Ptr> CryArvach: when you don't pay a debtor and just wait 7 yrs for it to scroll of your record, on the last year they can sell it to another party, and the new party can re-list it with the original date being the date they bought it, not your original date, giving another 7 yrs.
