<FreeTrade> The only bankruptcy which used to let individual rid themselves 100% of debt except on secured purchases was chapter 7, with the new banruptcy laws that will be much harder to do, most will be forced into more of a chapter 13 type reorganization bankruptcy where you make deals with creditors to knock a lot of interest off etc.
