<gopp> I was unable to hand a c++ project at the end fo term she would not acept
<gopp> got a D
<gopp> rebec what fact did you make, and why did he or how did he mock you
<gopp> rebec let me kick his ***
<gopp> I starting to hate school
<gopp> I learn nothing
<tweek> that's because you're in a VB cl***.
<tweek> trust me, they're worthless.
<gopp> yes
<tweek> I had my teacher horsewhipped and fired. personally.
<gopp> but I had to take prequiest
<gopp> tweek you did
<tweek> another one replaced her, and she redid the entire course, essentially.
<tweek> yes. she singled me and a friend out.
<tweek> she had her *** handed to her.
<gopp> in cb
<tweek> hope she starves, the fat ****./
<gopp> singled you for what
<tweek> yes, a VB cl***. in high school.
<gopp> I had fat **** professor last semster
<gopp> she was horriable
<gopp> for C++
<tweek> because she's an ***hole, that's why.
<gopp> didn't learn nothing
<tweek> she didn't like the fact that we knew more than her.
<gopp> we used turbo c++
<gopp> and old school c++
<gopp> you told the admin
<gopp> and got her fired
<gopp> I am also taking a java script
<gopp> xhtml course
<gopp> and ecominics
<tweek> my friend did.
<gopp> I hate ecomonics
<tweek> she was intolerable.
<tweek> I was glad to be rid of her.
<gopp> tweek like my professor last semster
<tweek> the new one wasn't any better, of course.
<gopp> we used turbo c++ and I learned nothing
<gopp> tweek why didn't they have you teaching the cl***
<tweek> because I'm not a teacher? :)
<gopp> but you new your stuff
<gopp> what grade are you in
<tweek> I'm a junior, I think, in a CS major program
<tweek> I'm thinking of majoring in math and going to grad school
<gopp> are you in high school
<tweek> college.
<gopp> me to
<gopp> but I ****
<gopp> I am in a univeristy
<tweek> my senior year of HS, I took two AP cl***es at a public school.
<gopp> and I am doing very unglgy
<tweek> the rest were at a public uni.
<tweek> the one I'm still at.
<gopp> tweek you college courses
<tweek> don't worry, you'll adjust.
<gopp> you where doing college courses senior year
<gopp> which ones
<gopp> so as senior you where taking college cl***es
<tweek> a gov't cl***, computer science one, a psych cl***, two chemistry cl***es, ... there's a few I can't think of.
<tweek> freshman level stuff. cake.
<tweek> also have a ****load of AP credits.
<tweek> my advice to every high schooler here: take AP cl***es. take the test.
<tweek> you won't regret it.
<tweek> the tests are ****ing hard, though. come prepared.
<tweek> ... was also selected as a Nat'l Merit Scholar candidate, because of my high PSAT scores, but was disqualified because my grades were low.
<tweek> ironically I could have gotten a ****ing free ride if I went to a public school, avoided AP cl***es and slacked off.
<gopp> tweek what grades where low
<gopp> school grades
<tweek> yeah. I rarely did homework.
<gopp> did they count as high school courses
<gopp> what was teh chemistry cl*** about high level stuff
<tweek> a lot of 'em.
<Katey> tweek, did you get this comment a lot on your report cards? "Tweek fails to work up to full potential"
<gopp> they did you allow you to take college math
<tweek> Katey: not sure. I didn't really get a lot of report cards
<Katey> I used to get that a lot :)
<gopp> tweek so other student in your cl*** where college student
<tweek> I still think my life would have been much better off if I were to just do **** and everyone, including my lazy ****ing parents, just leave me alone about it.
<Katey> I wasn't a very dedicated student. :)
<tweek> there were two others. both vegetarians, oddly enough. one was somewhat attractive.
<Katey> I went to a weird highschool
<tweek> they were at least in my calc courses ... oh, yeah, I took Calc.
<gopp> college calc
<Katey> you could take cl***es at the local colleges/universities if they had space for you
<gopp> or ap calc
<tweek> yeah. Calc 1 in the summer, Calc 2 in the fall, Calc 3 in spring.
<tweek> aced all three.
<gopp> you got all A's
<gopp> wow
<tweek> yeah, because the style was so much different.
<gopp> so you where a high school student taking calc
<tweek> no homework really required.
<tweek> the tests were all that mattered.
<gopp> what ap cl*** did you take
<Katey> heh. I was just trying to help my daughter with her math homework. :P
<gopp> Katey what cl***
<tweek> oh man. lemme think...
<gopp> tweek I went to community college
<gopp> and know I am in a unviersity
<gopp> the world load bother it big
<Katey> They had to use the "***ociative property" of multiplication to solve these equations.
<gopp> prealgebra
<Katey> I was like "....I can't remember what that is"
<gopp> that easy
<tweek> AP US History (the teacher was a certified dumb***. he replaced one of the best and most challenging teachers the private school had. one of the reasons I left. I still learned a lot, as evidenced by my 4 on the AP Exam.)
<Katey> It's been a long time since 4th grade. :)
<gopp> a*b = b*a
<tweek> AP Chem (oh man I love Dr. Young. even if he isn't a Ph.D, I'll call him that. he's awesome.)
<Fearless> hey everyone
<Katey> gopp, oh yeah. We looked it up and I remembererd it.
<Katey> But it's not something that sticks with me if I haven't seen it in 20 years
<gopp> tweek you took ap 11th grade, could you have taken calc 11th grade in college
<Fearless> What's on everyone's mind today?
<symbio> Well, they hit 2,000 dead in Iraq and the media is eating it up (as I would have guessed)
<Fearless> of course
<Fearless> pinning claim after claim on Bush i ***ume
<tweek> AP Physics, AP Lit and AP English Composition (Mr. Farrand and Mrs. ... ****, forgot her name ... two of the best public school teachers I know. the only two I know, but whatever. I didn't mind the fascist regulation by that damned school because of them. they were awesome.)
<symbio> Yay! 2,000 more dead soldiers we get to exploit!
<gopp> tweek the private school allowed you to enrol in college
<Fearless> god I hate the media
<tweek> no, its schedule was too tight. so I went to a public one, and took two cl***es.
<Fearless> we should send REPORTERS into battle!
<tweek> even then they h***led me for ****.
<Fearless> **** the draft
<Fearless> send in CNN
<hans_kung> it's funny: the only people on channel that bring up the number of dead in Iraq...are the more conservative/right wingers.
<hans_kung> no one else does.
<tweek> I took college Calc right after completing 11th grade.
<gopp> tweek the public school didn't want to allow you take college courses
<tweek> was like no other cl*** I've ever taken. Dr. Opp > *.
<Katey> gopp, I went to a public school that allowed students to take college courses
<Fearless> The only news I can stand to listen to anymore is FOX
<Fearless> and even then it's shaky
<gopp> Katey did many choose that option
<gopp> mine didn't
<tweek> gopp: no, just, the public school ****ed. ***.
<gopp> or if it did never stated it
<Katey> gopp, sure
<Katey> lots of people chose it
<Katey> It was a great opportunity
<gopp> what courses did they take
<tweek> I was 18, and they were adamant about me staying where they could track me.
<Katey> you could take any subject if they had space for you
<tweek> hate being treated like a prisoner.
<tweek> hate it.
<gopp> tweek so you took cal 2 senior year
<Katey> Math, science, languages, English, etc
<tweek> calc 2 and 3, senior year.
<gopp> tweek so when you went to college courses did they have a teacher following you
<Katey> Obviously the university had to give first dibs to the uni students
