<Kronovohr> my mom got one of their phones and wanted me to activate it online, which began an 18 hour ordeal of trying to get through on their website using FireFox first, then Konqueror, then I finally loaded up Opera and got it after 2 tries (running through the entire thing since they've got enormous bugs in their sessioning system)
